• Event Registrations:

• Donations: Donations are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in the terms of the donation campaign.

Refund Process:

• To request a refund, you must submit a written request via email, providing:

  • Details of the payment (e.g., date, amount, and purpose)
  • Reason for the refund request
• The Association will review your request and notify you of the decision within 5 working days of receiving the request.

Refund Timeline:

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed within 7 to 10 working days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
